Cédric Lépée, Director, France. Before joining H.I.G. in 2008, Cédric worked as a Senior Investment Manager at Qualium (formerly CDC Capital Investissement), a French leading midcap buyout firm. Cédric began his career within the M&A division of Lazard in Paris. He took part to several transactions especially in the retail and industrial sectors.
Cédric graduated from ESCP Europe business school (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
