Thomas Mitard, Managing Director, France. Prior to joining H.I.G., Thomas was a Partner at Edmond de Rothschild Capital Partners, a lower midcap LBO fund with €500m under management. Prior to that, Thomas was an Investment Director at 3i in France after joining the London office. Thomas started his career at Nord-Est, a quoted buy and build investment company of Paribas at the time.
Thomas graduated from ESSEC, an AACSB accredited business school.
