Andrew Busby

Andrew Busby, Director, U.K. Before joining H.I.G., Andrew was previously a Director at Talbot Hughes McKillop, a specialist European restructuring firm headquartered in London. There, Andrew led a number of complex financial and operational restructuring assignments of distressed businesses across Europe.

Prior to that, Andrew worked within the Corporate Restructuring teams at both Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, where he advised the stakeholders of distressed companies.

Andrew received a B.A. (Hons) in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham. He is a chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
