Mark Kelly

Mark Kelly is a Principal in the London office and has been with H.I.G. since 2007. An Irish national, he covers leveraged buy-outs, growth capital and distressed investments in the UK, Benelux and Ireland.
Prior to H.I.G., Mark was Group CSO and the Chairman & CEO of the Pauleys division at Brakes Brothers during the turnaround phase of this €3bn foodservice company. Previously, he was a VP & Partner at Mercury Asset Management, at TD Capital Partners and the private equity group of Bain & Company in San Francisco and London. Prior to that, Mark ran the manufacturing operations of a subsidiary of the Jefferson Smurfit Group plc.
He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and received a BSc (Hons) and MA from Trinity College, Dublin.
